The 4th city competition "Perm veterans never grow old at heart" was held in Perm.
Photo: https://vk.ru/veteranypermiPerm hosted the 4th annual sports and tourism competition among veterans' organizations under the motto "Perm Veterans Never Grow Old at Heart." The event was organized by the Perm City Public Organization of Veterans. Teams from all eight district veterans' councils in the regional capital participated in the competition.
The competition program included a sports and tourism relay race, strength and throwing events—darts, basketball, dynamometer, chair push-ups, ball throwing, and slingshot—as well as the "Victory Waltz" creative competition.
The veterans of the Dzerzhinsky District won the overall team competition, the team from the Industrial District took silver, and the Ordzhonikidzevsky District took a respectable third place.
The event was held as part of the municipal "Public Harmony" program. As a reminder, this program annually provides financial, property, advisory, and informational support to city and district Veterans Councils to organize similar events and develop the veterans movement.
